Postpartum Doula

Minimum 4 hour shifts

You just got home with your baby and you quickly realize that you need help....
My Postpartum Doula Services will provide you with the reassurance and confidence you will need.
I will help you learn about your newborn and how to adapt as life challenges arise.
Being your Postpartum Doula means that I am there to support you through the first days/weeks
and to teach you how to care for your newborn, as well as self-care during postpartum recovery.

My role as your Postpartum Doula varies with every baby and family.  Weather your baby has a
single parent, mom and dad, two mommies, or two daddies or several parents; my services adapt to your particular family needs.

We will start off the day by asking you how your night went with your baby.
This is the time to ask any questions regarding infant care and maternal recovery.
We will choose a few areas that you feel you would like help/education about and work
towards mastering those skills.  I will check in and ask questions about how you are
feeling emotionally as well.  Anxiety is normal for a new parent,
I am here to ease your fears and get to the bottom of your anxiety.
